Who we are and what these terms cover

Visa Hub Bangladesh provides visa application support and flight booking from Dhaka and Lisbon. These terms apply when you use our website or services.

Our services

• Consultation and eligibility assessment for visit, work, student, digital nomad and investment visas
• Preparation and review of application documents and cover letters
• Appointment booking and submission support at embassies and visa centres
• Domestic and international air ticket booking and visa-ready itineraries
• Post-arrival support in Portugal through our Lisbon office

We do not decide or guarantee visas

Only an embassy, consulate or immigration authority can approve or refuse a visa. We help prepare your application, but we cannot guarantee approval or processing time. A previous approval does not guarantee another one.

Your responsibilities

• Provide complete, genuine and accurate information and documents
• Tell us about past refusals, overstays or travel bans before we start
• Review every form and document we prepare and confirm it is truthful
• Attend appointments, biometrics and interviews on time
• Follow the laws of Bangladesh and of your destination country

We reserve the right to withdraw from any case where a client provides false, forged or misleading documents. Submitting false documents to an embassy can lead to bans and legal consequences for the applicant.

Fees and refunds

We confirm our service fee and payment schedule in writing before starting. Embassy, visa centre, insurance and airline charges may not be refundable after payment. Any refund of our unused service fee follows the written terms for your case.

Times, fees, income amounts, tuition figures and requirements on this website are estimates. Rules can change. Always check the current information from the responsible authority before applying.

Third-party providers

Embassies, visa centres, airlines, universities and insurance companies are separate organisations. We are not responsible for their decisions, delays or service changes.

Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this website belong to Visa Hub Bangladesh. You may read and share links freely, but you may not copy substantial parts of the site for commercial use without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Visa Hub Bangladesh is not liable for indirect losses such as missed travel, lost bookings or lost income arising from embassy decisions, processing delays or third-party failures. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the service fee you paid us for that service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be handled first through good-faith discussion, and if needed through the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
